That was what Dewi Sandra Joked when she was singing at a concert commemorating the centennial anniversary of Manufahi revolt. She came to
the event as a paid guest from Indonesia. I don’t know how much exactly the
bill for Her, but I probably right that the payment was according to the
international standard.
Dewi Sandra is a singer from Indonesia, last night when I
watched the rttl’s live broadcast, She also appeared among hundred of guests
from several countries like Australia, Philippine, Malaysia, Indonesia and so
on. Her performance was listed in the last session of the concert, so she had
much time to speak inspiring and funny words to the audience as one of it was
"HAU HADOMI O PERDANA MENTERI XANANA GUSMAO." That was inspiring words for all
Timorese, we need to love our leaders, and the leaders need to do so in return
by making people’s living condition better. Hopefully, the leaders not just good in loving Indonesian artists by inviting
them to entertain people in each historical day's commemoration, but need do much more than
that.
Dewi Sandra praised Timor Leste as a beautiful country, has a lot
of handsome young men, and she also alluded one of her fellow artists who
married a Timorese Man. If you know Krisdayanti and Raul Lemos, there you go. She said, “I am representing Indonesian people, we used
to in a same country, but now we had been separated politically, but we still and
will be friend forever."
Supposedly, after the event, remaining property from the event like the statue of DOM
BOAVENTURA (The KING) will become a new attraction for tourists. We hope that Dewi
Sandra is not just HADOMI/LOVE PRIME MINISTER XANANA GUSMAO, but all the
Timorese by kindly promote the place of MANUFAHI as a new nice tourist
destination to Indonesian tourists in future to come in order to bring some
kind of benefits to the people in the area and Timor Leste as a whole.
Cheers,,,
